  • ︎ Position Overview:
    The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business Process Analysis

  • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
  • Document current (“As-Is”) business processes, identify inefficiencies, and highlight key challenges.
  • Design future-state (“To-Be”) processes that leverage ERP best practices and industry standards.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Collect, validate, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate discussions between business users and ERP consultants to confirm requirements and scope.

Fit & Gap Analysis

  • Analyze ERP standard functionalities against documented requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and propose solutions, such as configuration changes, business process adjustments, custom development, or third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with ERP consultants and technical teams to develop functional specifications for necessary system enhancements.

Testing & Validation

  • Prepare and maintain test scenarios and scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate and support UAT sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring requirements are validated.
  • iTrack test results, document issues, and support resolution to maintain solution quality.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Assist in preparing end-user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Support post-go-live adoption by gathering user feedback, identifying improvement areas, and recommending corrective actions.

Project Planning Support

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and deliverables tracking documents.
  • Monitor task assignments and follow up with responsible team members to ensure timely progress.

Progress & Issue Tracking

  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain and monitor the project issue log and risk register, support mitigation planning and follow-up actions.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support communication between business users, ERP consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
  • Consolidate issues and requirements into clear summaries for decision-making by project leadership.

Documentation & Meeting Support

  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up of action items.
  • Review and maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, design specifications, and progress reports.

Quality Assurance Support

  • Ensure project deliverables align with defined scope, requirements, and quality standards.
  • Assist the Project Manager in organizing review sessions and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

︎ QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle of ERP system implementations (Analysis – Cut Over)
  • Expert knowledge of industry specific best practices
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Valid Driver’s License
