Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite 3 days/week) – Also open to Charlotte, NC or Radnor, PA

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced IBM Connect:Direct Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in installing, configuring, and upgrading Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway, as well as hands-on experience with Mainframe, distributed systems, and cloud-based file exchange migrations. This role requires a highly independent professional with exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across complex environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience with IBM Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway.
• Strong background in mainframe, distributed, and cloud-based file transfer systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
