You will be intimately familiar with what the lending and document management platforms can do and support a robust release cadence to ensure that we adhere to the principle of evergreen technology. You will deliver business value by automating complex processes, ensuring the platforms are stable, reliable, and resilient whilst lowering operating costs.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Thorough understanding on lending processes in a financial institution.
• Demonstrated experience administering software platforms and related applications.
• Demonstrated experience of delivering software through a project delivery framework.
• Demonstrated experience in the analysis and development of business and technical processes.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Customer service mindset and behaviours when interacting with colleagues.Experience working closely with Technical Leads to supplement knowledge across the team.

As a System Analyst, Product Originations, you will be a subject matter expert (SME) for lending (loan assessment and processing, origination, broker management) and document management software platforms, demonstrating an in depth understanding of configurations and customisations. You will work closely with your team to ensure that the platforms are optimised for the business.
This role is offered as a 12 months Fixed term contract with potential extensions or permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will help us to introduce a new lending origination platform for People First Bank.
• Understand the features for each platform and how it might help the business.
• Provide support to the business and Technology & Transformation colleagues in understanding their goals and proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the lending and document management platforms.
• Direct involvement in the configuration of the platform and supporting releases.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions.
• Contribute to and help drive technology plans to leverage value from cloud solutions and remove legacy technology.

• Work with lending project teams and service providers to ensure project objectives are met and delivered on time and within budget.Work closely with Product Originations team to ensure quality assurance is adhered to when managing solutions
