Looking for Systems analyst join us for fulltime/hybrid role in Seattle WA Key Responsibilities: · Document and share the steps of resolutions · Ensure operational stability and minimal down time of core Retail Payment systems · Show empathy to store partners and always seek ways to serve them better · Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology and store partners · Communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers · Ability to effectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectives. · Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions. Required Skills: · Use business knowledge and good judgment to design reliable technology solutions · Apply business and technology skills to work well across different teams · Experience with Oracle Simphony is must for this role. · Able to write scripts using PowerShell · Understanding of networking and deployment tools like Marimba, Kaseya, or SCCM · Familiar with POS hardware like registers, barcode scanners, payment devices, and receipt printers · At least 2 years of experience writing SQL queries · Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tool Life at Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
