Responsibilities Gather & Analyze Requirements: collaborate with business teams and development groups to extract and clarify requirements for new software initiatives. System Analysis & Documentation: analyze current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvements and innovations, take a part in developing new functionality from scratch, create technical documenatiton for it. Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Facilitate Communication: ensure timely and efficient communication with all stakeholders regarding requirements gathering, open questions, and potential issues. Continuous Improvement: monitor emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to systems analysis and data integration. What makes you the perfect fit 3+ years of experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation within a software development environment Technical Expertise: understanding of system architecture and integration concepts Strong Analytical Skills: the ability to analyze business processes and systems, propose out-of-the-box solutions, and detail requirements with clarity and precision Excellent documentation skills are a must Knowledge of at least some of the following modeling notations: UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, C4. Familiarity with the following technologies, protocols, and concepts: RDBMSs, message brokers, REST APIs, HTTP, AWS, Swagger, AsyncAPI, DDD Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams and managing interactions between various business units and technical groups. Will be a plus First princinples thinking Familiarity with TSDBs Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman Frameworks Industry Experience: exposure to fintech, financial data platforms, or charting solutions. Experience in data integration environments is a strong plus.
