Job Description We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Analyse business processes, procedures, and current ICT systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimal practices, system functionality, and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and teams to gather, document, and refine business and system requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and proposals for system modifications or new components. Evaluate existing infrastructure (including cloud platforms, servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VMware, and related environments) to pinpoint performance issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Propose and recommend system upgrades, additional features, or new solutions to better align with user needs and business objectives. Lead the deployment of solutions, including developing and executing test plans to ensure quality, reliability, integrity, and compliance. Provide expert guidance and act as a key reference point in system-related projects, decision-making, workflow prioritisation, and meeting deadlines. Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, such as system specifications, requirements, procedures, policies, and performance reports with actionable recommendations. Monitor system performance and health; conduct root cause analysis on complex issues and coordinate resolutions to support stability and uptime. Support system implementation, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance (including configuration, upgrades, and security measures) across cloud, VoIP, and infrastructure environments. Deliver Tier 2/3 support for technical issues, user training, and on-site/remote assistance as needed to drive effective adoption. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services, Azure AD, and IT infrastructure. ITIL certification (desirable) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Australian full drivers license Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
