Through a strong customer-focused and data-driven approach, you help build reliable, scalable applications that enhance user experience and ultimately contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces. What You’ll Be Doing: * Partner closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate requirements into system solutions * Collaborate with developers to ensure system design aligns with technical implementation and architecture * Support end-to-end system development lifecycle including integration, testing, deployment and post-implementation review * Perform system integration, troubleshooting and continuous enhancements to improve performance and usability * Contribute to API integration and web services (REST/JSON) to enable seamless digital connectivity * Apply a scientific and data-driven approach to analyse system performance and support decision-making * Work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and efficient enterprise applications What You’ll Bring: * Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Java, Python) and databases (e.g. Oracle) * Solid experience in system design, requirement analysis and software development lifecycle * Hands-on experience in API integration and web services (REST/JSON) * Exposure to AI/ML concepts and application development is an advantage * Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving skills * Clear communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders * A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams How You Will Make An Impact: * Deliver high-quality, scalable systems that enhance both offline and online customer journeys * Improve operational efficiency through well-designed, integrated technology solutions * Enable better business decisions through structured analysis and data-driven insights * Strengthen collaboration between business and IT teams to accelerate delivery outcomes * Drive continuous system improvements that elevate user experience and reliability What is holding you back?
