Job Description

  • Take ownership of the administration and configuration of the Human Capital Management (HCM) module within Workday, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.
  • Act as a key liaison for HR partners, supporting core processes such as hiring, terminations, and supervisory organization management within HCM.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to manage and support with our ATS integrations, ensuring seamless operations from recruiting to hiring.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address staffing-related needs and provide solutions within the HCM framework.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience in configuring Workday functionalities, custom elements, EIB imports and business processes.
  • You know how to create custom reports and calculated fields, familiarity with integrations is a plus.
  • You are a proactive person, with a keen interest in detecting and solving issues, constantly looking for improvements in the system, and curious about people management and employee lifecycle topics.
  • Great attention to detail, self-reliance, eagerness to deliver great solutions, excellent communication skills in English and any other European language
