Job Overview We are looking for Business Analyst who will facilitate communication between development and business teams, thus translating business needs into technical specifications. Main Responsibilities collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document business requirements translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team. analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration needs lead efforts in system configuration and data mapping particularly involving APIs, third-party platforms, or internal system integrations support feature post-release validation and acceptance to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations 3+ years in a system and business analyst role experience in IT, software development, or a similar domain FinTech, CFD trading proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data proficient in Power BI (or any other Business Intelligence tools) for data modeling, creating dashboards, and publishing reports knowledge of working with OLAP cubes and multidimensional data structures familiarity with API documentation tools and basic understanding of REST API concepts proficient in business requirements gathering and analysis strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities excellent communication and interpersonal skills familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) English B2+ level in speaking is a must supplementary Education (Courses, Certificates): Microsoft certifications related to Power BI and SQL Server (or certification on any other Business Intelligence tools).
