Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our clients’ IT infrastructure. This role requires a proactive professional who can design, implement, and maintain network solutions, while providing hands-on support for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
• Administer Windows domain servers, file/print services, and Hyper-V virtualization environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers, and internet connectivity across multiple sites
• Design, install, and optimize network infrastructure in line with industry best practices
• Configure and manage Fortinet and SonicWall firewalls, VPNs, and security policies
• Monitor network performance and implement measures to ensure high availability and security
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS zones, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure
• Support VoIP systems, wireless access points, and enterprise backup operations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues with clear documentation

• Collaborate on BOQ preparation, procurement activities, and infrastructure upgrades

  Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP

• Proven experience with Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
• Hands-on expertise in routing, switching, firewall management, and endpoint security
• Practical experience with Fortinet, SonicWall, and Microsoft Azure environments
• Proficiency in wireless network deployment and cloud-based antivirus solutions
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and CCTV systems (IP and Analog) is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

• Candidate must be currently based in the UAE
