We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Senior Expert to manage and maintain our Microsoft system and server network. In this role, you will be responsible for installing or upgrading Microsoft systems and servers, managing user access to servers, and automating processes to ensure operation security and stability. Responsibilities: Microsoft server installation and upgrades; securely managing user access; ensuring network security and operational stability; implementing automation processes; crisis management and managing all operational processes. Improving Microsoft operational processes and enhancing service quality. Improving processes and existing work with new technologies and developing infrastructure. Requirements: High-level experience, ability to develop proactive solutions for clients, operation leadership, and communication skills. Objective: To work with a professional who can lead the project and effectively lead the team. Documentation: Creating, updating and disseminating procedure, activity and service documents, and preparing documents to eliminate the root of crises with the knowledge and experience gained regarding incidents, crises and studies in customer operations. Security and Compliance: Implements necessary security measures and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations. Lead the architectural design and implementation of Windows OS-based infrastructure solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. Define and execute modernization strategies by simplifying legacy platforms and designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems. Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to evaluate, integrate, and deploy new service platforms aligned with business goals. Architect and oversee data center and application migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with enterprise standards. Maintain comprehensive inventory and lifecycle management of all infrastructure components, including hardware and software assets. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system incidents and performance issues. Design and implement change management, patching, and upgrade strategies in accordance with security and compliance requirements. Establish and enforce security policies and best practices across Windows servers and services. Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and trend analysis to ensure optimal system health and scalability. Lead disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring full operational readiness and documentation updates. Act as a technical advisor to internal teams and customers, providing guidance on infrastructure improvements and technology adoption. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior engineers in best practices and architectural principles. Analyse customer requirements and translate them into robust, future-proof infrastructure solutions. Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for infrastructure services and cloud adoption. Stay current with emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate their applicability. Planning training to contribute to team development and increase competencies. Expanding operational competencies and integrating them into general operational processes. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or a related engineering field. Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise Windows and Microsoft Cloud infrastructure roles, with proven involvement in architecture, migration, and modernization projects. Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server OS family, including advanced administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and related domain services. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Core Services, including Azure VM, Azure ARC, and PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure management. Experience in managing Hybrid Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) environments and integrating on-premises identity with cloud services. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Online Services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal, Microsoft 365 Security Center and Microsoft Entra ID (Hybrid Azure AD). Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for endpoint and server management. Proficiency in log management and analysis, including Windows Event Logs, centralized logging solutions, and proactive monitoring for security and performance. Strong experience in patch and update management, including evaluation, scheduling, deployment, rollback planning, and compliance reporting across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues across hybrid environments. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and customers. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within cross-functional teams. Experience in Windows Server and/or Microsoft 365 migration and deployment projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or equivalent. Nice to have: Microsoft Cloud Sertifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-800/801, MS-100, MS-102, or higher-level certifications. Strong desire and ability to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and architectural best practices.
