A business-technology mindset is important for understanding how and what to prioritize while driving our new product development. A solid understanding of electronics, firmware and software will be important in your communication with the project team of experts. A master's degree or PhD in product development, physics, engineering, computer science, information technology or similar At least five years of experience with product development and innovation. Experience from products with electronics, mechanics and embedded software Has been part of taking business to business products to market Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with X-ray technology or the MedTech industry is a merit but no requirement. Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement.
