System Business Development for Electrification and Energy Network- CAR OEM Company:** NXP Semiconductors Korea Ltd Job Summary NXP Semiconductors Korea Ltd is seeking a highly motivated System Business Development Manager to lead strategic engagement with Korean Automotive OEMs in the areas of Electrification and Energy Network for SDV. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong customer relationships, and collaborating internally to deliver comprehensive system solutions that meet the evolving needs of the automotive industry. Job Responsibilities Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned Korean CAR OEM for NXP's automotive system solutions (e.g., Electrification and 48V Energy Network). Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, technical leaders, and procurement teams at CAR OEM accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic engagements. Articulate the value proposition of NXP's automotive product portfolio and system-level solutions, translating customer requirements into technical and commercial proposals. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer roadmaps to identify emerging needs and inform NXP's product strategy. Explores and maintain (potential) partnerships to accelerate solution offering and development to maximize NXP business creation opportunities Recognize, develop, and support key ecosystem partners to drive faster adoption of NXP solutions and enable disruptive business growth Work closely with NXP's technical teams (Applications Engineering, Product Management, R&D) to define and customize solutions, address technical challenges, and ensure successful project execution. Lead and support commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, and agreements, to secure new design wins and revenue growth. Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and regular progress reports to management. Maintain a strong technical understanding of NXP's automotive products and relevant industry technologies to effectively engage with technical stakeholders. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or applications engineering, with a significant focus on the automotive industry and direct engagement with CAR OEMs. Strong understanding of automotive E/E Architecture for SDV and its electronics systems (e.g., Electrification and 48V Energy Netowrk). Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and solutions, bridging the gap between customer needs and NXP's product capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Korean and English (written and verbal). Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across diverse functional teams and geographical locations.
