About the Role: You will be part of anagile delivery team in the role of system developer, which currently consistsof Scrum master, system developer, tester, requirements analyst and productowner responsible for the backlog. The work includes both management ofexisting IT solutions and new development. The assignment may also includetasks in other areas within our IT department. You must work duringregular working hours, which are between 06:30 and 18:30. It may be necessaryto be on standby in connection with production starts. These occasions areplanned if necessary together with the IT delivery manager and the deliveryteams. Any standby must always be initiated and decided by the SwedishTransport Agency. Key Requirements: at least four (4) years of documented work experiencein system development within the .NET platform (.NET Framework and/or .NETCore/.NET 5+). The experience must be from assignments/projects carried outwithin the last six (6) years from the last tender date. at least four (4) years of documented experience indevelopment in C#. The experience must be from assignments/projects carried outwithin the last six (6) years from the last tender date. at least three (3) years of documented experienceworking with Microsoft SQL Server, including development of stored procedures,data modeling and performance optimization. The experience must be fromassignments/projects completed within the last five (5) years from the deadlinefor submission of bids. at least two (2) years of continuous experienceworking with both frontend and backend development in the same project ordelivery team. Frontend can include frameworks such as React, Angular orsimilar. The experience must be from assignments/projects completed within thelast six (6) years from the deadline for submission of bids. at least four (4) years of experience working inagile delivery teams, according to e.g. Scrum. The experience must includeactive participation in sprint planning, demo, retrospective and dailymeetings.The experience must be from assignments/projects carried out withinthe last six (6) years from the last date of tender. have good ability to express oneself in Swedish, bothorally and in writing MERIT REQUIREMENTS The following criteria are not mandatory, but if met,provide added value in the Swedish Transport Agency's evaluation.
