Qualifications Education Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's degree Additional requirements: § Type of degree: Business or Health Services Administration or related field. § Area of study or major: Business, Management, Leadership § Preferred educational qualifications: N/A § Position specific testing requirement: N/A Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: 7 - 10 years of job related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including financial analytics, planning, organizational cultural change, and strategy/business development. Prior specific functional responsibilities: Two years of strategic planning experience and proven success within a multi-hospital or multi-site system. Preferred experience: Prior experience in the assigned service lines preferred.
