Company Description Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground. Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management. 博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。 Job Description Responsibilities 职责 - Perform System Development/Management according to ISO 2626 standards during all project phases. 负责基于ISO26262标准的系统开发及管理工作 - Perform system design according to process and standards, coordinate with colleagues for system/software/hardware safety design and implementation. 负责基于流程及标准的系统设计，与其他同事将其落实到系统，硬件及软件设计中 - Maintain the functional safety process and make sure the compliance according to ISO 26262 负责维护功能安全流程，并确保产品开发过程中符合ISO26262标准。 - Clarify responsibilities for safety activities (DIA), create item definition and HARA on behalf of OEM.•与客户澄清功能安全开发接口协议，以主机厂的视角创建危害分析。 - Confirm safety goals, safety requirements and create impact analysis, safety plan.确认安全目标和安全需求并创建功能安全影响分析和安全计划。 - Adapt platform safety concept to project, perform system safety analysis, review safety verification reports. 依托平台方案创建项目层面的功能安全概念，实施系统安全分析并评审安全验证报告。 - Define safety requirements for production and customer service. 定义用于生产和客户服务的安全需求。 - Organize and perform independent safety assessment. 组织实施功能安全第三方审核。 - Create safety report for series production (RT8/ML4) 创建用于产品量产释放(RT8/ML4)的功能安全报告。 Qualifications Education学历 - Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering - 学士学位及以上，汽车电子或计算机科学及工程等相关专业 Experience工作经验 - Min. 3 years of working experience about E/E development, project management or quality management in automotive industry 至少3年在汽车行业电子电器系统开发、项目管理或质量管理经验 - Finish training curriculum with Bosch as safety manager. 完成博世内部对于功能安全经理的培训课程包 - Familiar with E/E system, Software and Hardware develop process in automotive industry 熟悉汽车行业电子电器系统、软件及硬件开发流程 - Familiar with ISO 26262, ISO21448, ASPICE, V-model etc. 熟悉ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ASPICE, V模型等汽车行业标准流程 - Familiar with IATF 16949 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系 - Familiar with FMEA, FTA, FMEDA 熟悉FMEA, FTA , FMEDA等分析验证方法 - Working experience in multinational foreign companies preferred 具有跨国企业工作经验者优先 - Great passion for vehicle electric engineering 对汽车电子工程充满激情 Skills 技能 - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal 良好的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能。 - Knowledge of German language desirable 具有德语能力者更佳。 - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a diverse team 有很强的人际交往能力，能在多样化团队中工作。 - Ability to follow established procedures, practices and instructions 能够遵循既定的程序，惯例和指示。 - Excellent computer skills in MS office incl.
