Your tasks

• Take on responsibility: You are part of a small team and jointly responsible for IT & technology at the Zurich, Basel and Bern locations.
• Operating infrastructure: You will be responsible for the introduction, operation, monitoring and further development of the server environment, network components, storage and backup systems and cloud services (M365).
• Analyze disruptions: You analyze complex problems and ensure sustainable solutions during ongoing operations.
• Ensuring quality: You continuously monitor and optimize service delivery in terms of quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Ensuring smooth operation: You ensure the smooth operation and are responsible for the maintenance and documentation of the IT infrastructures and applications.
• Support broadcasting operations: Your contribution helps ensure smooth and professional production and broadcasting operations.
• Perform on-call duty: You regularly take on standby duties and are responsible for incident and change management up to the 2nd level.
• Coordinating projects: In IT projects, you keep track of everything and provide technical and organizational guidance to external partners.
• Accompanying events: You are jointly responsible for IT during Energy's field operations and events.

Your profile

• Solid training: You have completed an IT education and bring practical experience.
• Extensive expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of network technologies, client, server and database architectures, as well as Microsoft operating systems and applications.
• Engineering experience: You bring practical experience in engineering and 2nd level support of larger ICT infrastructures (e.g. VMware ESX / Nutanix, Enterprise Storage, MS Exchange Online, Active Directory).
• Strong communication skills: You enjoy interacting with users and customers and impress with your high level of social competence.
• Team player mentality: You are committed, motivated and communicative and want to achieve something.
• Independent work style: You work reliably, resiliently and precisely.
