Description
We're seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer to join our team. In this multidisciplinary role, you'll be at the intersection of hardware, software, and electronics, playing a critical part in shaping and integrating our advanced aerial systems. Your strong engineering judgment, collaborative spirit, and ability to move seamlessly from theoretical design to practical lab work will be key to our success. Responsibilities Define and manage system-level requirements, interfaces, and architecture. Collaborate with R&D, software, mechanical, and electrical teams to build and integrate drone systems. Lead and support system-level design reviews, perform root-cause analysis, and debug complex issues using a data-driven approach. Drive system integration, validation, and testing—from lab verification to field performance testing. Be involved in documentation, release processes, and internal system discussions. Management and coordination with subcontractors Requirements B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering. 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or multidisciplinary product development, with a strong background in mechanical or electronics engineering. Solid understanding of system design and integration processes. Demonstrated hands-on experience with electronics and basic lab work, including prototyping and debugging. A collaborative team player with a systematic, problem-solving mindset. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. Direct experience with drones, robotics, or embedded systems is a significant advantage. Familiar with Ardupilot is a significant advantage. Experience in a fast-paced, iterative development environment - Advantage Field testing experience or exposure to developing safety-critical systems - Advantage
