Antwerpen/Amsterdam - As a Specialist Collaboration Tools at DPG Media, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout our organisation. You manage and optimise our collaboration tools, support over 7,000 employees, and ensure effective migration and integration of new technologies. Your expertise and problem-solving skills directly contribute to the satisfaction and productivity of our teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Denmark. In short, you are indispensable to the success of our digital workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

You have a keen understanding of collaboration tools and are ready to use this knowledge to ensure our workplaces run smoothly across a multinational organisation. Your expertise ensures that our colleagues collaborate efficiently, which increases productivity and satisfaction within DPG Media’s diverse teams. Without your role, we could experience disruptions in collaboration tools, leading to inefficiency, missed deadlines, and decreased satisfaction among our teams.

You achieve this by taking responsibility for the following tasks and requirements:

  • Management of Google Workspace: Including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet.
  • Integration projects: Planning and executing integration processes for recently acquired companies.
  • Business analysis: Analysing the needs of the business and collaborating to find suitable solutions.
  • Third-line support: Sharing your expertise with the service desk for in-depth support.

MUST-HAVE KNOWLEDGE

  • You have several years of experience in the operational management of Google
    Workspace / Microsoft O365

NICE-TO-HAVE KNOWLEDGE

  • Collaboration/whiteboarding tools like slack, miro or similar scripting languages like google apps script, javascript, powershell
  • Basic knowledge of how an API works
  • You think along for concepts and architecture
  • You are a driven problem solver and have a significant sense of responsibility
  • You are eager to learn, open-minded and love a no-nonsense approach
  • You are critical; always looking for the ‘why’ of things
