Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
At Amaris Consulting, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented System Engineer to join our dynamic team, based in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing system engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing effective system design and integration processes.

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of system engineering processes and protocols in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
Conduct assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with system engineering regulations.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to integrate system engineering considerations into all phases of project development.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to system engineering, including risk assessments, system design reports, and incident investigations.
Provide training and guidance to staff on system engineering procedures and best practices.
Monitor system engineering performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance the engineering culture.
Interface with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with system engineering regulations and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve system engineering measures.
