Reports to: Manager System Engineering High Power - Industrial & Automotive Gate Drivers
Subordinate position: -
Representative (deputy): System Engineer High Power - Industrial & Automotive Gate Drivers
Objective of the role: Technical Customer Support and Demand Creation

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or other deep technical background in power electronics
  • 2 years’ relevant experience

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Proven capability in handling complex projects and being effective while interfacing with different teams
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Be willing and having the flexibility to travel on demand
  • Ability in promoting and demand creation at customer
Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compiling of technical specifications for gate driver designs
  • Circuit design of gate drivers including selection and evaluation of suitable components
  • Layout of printed circuit boards including compilation of related production data for external manufacturing partners
  • Low and high voltage evaluation of gate driver designs
  • Review an analysis of competitor products
  • Compiling of related gate driver documentation in English language
  • Visiting customers for support and demand creation (in conjunction with Sales)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical support towards Sales and Marketing
  • Technical support towards customers and business partners
  • Communication and bridging function between customer, sales and marketing
  • Compilation of technical papers and editorials including of presenting them at public conferences
  • Attendance at exhibitions as technical peer for customers and business partners
  • Giving trainings for internal and external customers
  • Visit customer for demand creation
