Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server & Desktop), Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and IT system migrations. This role requires hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Servers and Desktop environments.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management solutions.
• Perform system migrations, including domain-to-domain migrations and user profile transitions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook profiles and email configurations.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications across enterprise environments.
• Modify and manage Windows Registry Editor settings for system customization.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for system-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance and security.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and system migrations.
• Proficiency in Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), and domain management.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook setup, troubleshooting, and profile migrations.
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting for system automation and configuration.
• Solid understanding of software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of domain migrations, DNS, DHCP, and registry modifications.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
