Description

You’ll partner closely with Infrastructure, Systems Operations, and Security teams to ensure systems are stable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards. The role may be scoped at different levels based on experience. Key Responsibilities * Administer and support enterprise infrastructure services to ensure performance, availability, and security * Manage Active Directory, including users, groups, and Group Policy * Support Windows Server platforms in a production environment * Administer Microsoft Azure / Entra ID identity services (access, roles, authentication) * Support identity integrations and access governance initiatives * Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive * Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and external access * Partner with Help Desk and Operations on onboarding, access requests, and escalations * Participate in change, problem, and security management processes * Execute approved changes and validate outcomes * Create and maintain technical documentation and procedure Required Qualifications * Experience in a Systems Engineer or similar enterprise IT role * Hands‑on experience with: * Active Directory and Group Policy * Microsoft Azure / Entra ID * Microsoft 365 administration * SharePoint Online permissions and governance * Experience supporting production IT environments with formal change management * Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Ability to collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams Beacon Mutual is an EEO Employer.
