You will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our infrastructure services, focusing on network, media technology, and IT facility management.

• Designing Networks and Infrastructure – You will strategically develop our network infrastructure, define standards, and evaluate new technologies. In doing so, you will ensure that our infrastructure meets the requirements of a modern air rescue organization.
• Enabling modern working environments - You are responsible for the further development of our conference, presentation and media technology as well as the IT facility management systems at our locations and ensure reliable operation together with our partners.
• Managing projects and partners – You lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to implementation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders. You manage service providers regarding service levels, quality, budget, and deadlines.
• Establish standards and secure operations - You further develop technical standards and operational processes, coordinate those involved in critical disruptions and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Consulting on equal terms - You are the central contact person for specialist departments, projects and management and contribute your expertise to strategic and technical decisions.
• Mobility & Flexibility - You are willing to travel occasionally to our locations and external partners as part of projects and operational matters.

Your profile

• You have the theory down - you have completed vocational training in IT or a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience - You can demonstrate several years of experience in the infrastructure environment and ideally have further developed network services, media technology or IT facility management conceptually.
• Expertise – You possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise networks, network architectures, and IT facility management. Furthermore, you have experience with enterprise service management systems and established frameworks such as FitSM or ITIL. You manage service providers effectively and guide infrastructure projects through to successful implementation. Information security and business continuity are integral to your professional infrastructure operations.
• Working style – You think conceptually, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility. You quickly analyze complex relationships and bring different stakeholders together in a goal-oriented way.
• Communication skills – You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical contacts. Excellent German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
