Your role

• Participate in customer project teams from preparation through delivery
• Align with customers on system configuration and integration into their environment
• Perform (on-site) installation and integration activities at customer locations
• Install and configure hardware/software solutions in on-premise and/or cloud environments
• Troubleshoot installation, configuration, and integration issues
• Document implementations and contribute to standardization and automation
• Support the Customer Support team with your knowledge of deployed solutions
