These tasks await you:

• In collaboration with the systems engineers and specialists for operational scenarios, AESA antenna and waveform development, the development and specification of system and subsystem architectures as well as corresponding designs takes place.
• Creating use cases to support system requirements is also part of the job description.
• Requirements management encompasses the collection, analysis, validation, and tracking of requirements.
• The system architecture is modeled at different levels and for different development stages.
• The development and successful implementation of technical solutions involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• The integration and validation of systems and components is supported.
• Comprehensive documentation of system requirements and specifications completes the scope of work.

What you should bring:

• Completed technical studies, for example in the fields of communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics or aerospace engineering
• Experience in systems engineering of complex technical systems
• Knowledge of common systems engineering methods and tools, such as MBSE, Enterprise Architect, Cameo and Jama, is required.
• Passion and experience in customizing tools, as well as confident use of Excel
• Knowledge of modern radio communication procedures and/or safety requirements for flight certifications (e.g. DO178) is advantageous.
• Fluent German and English skills
