Job description

Development and elaboration of operational concepts and use cases for NH90 mission management systems
Definition of the end-to-end functional chain and determination of the required functions and systems to realize new capabilities
Execution of systems engineering, requirements engineering, and creation of system specifications and system designs
Definition of integration, verification and validation strategies
Support for test bench, ground and flight tests of the developed systems and functions
Ensuring system qualification and certification at helicopter level
Monitoring of project execution in coordination with the overall planning
Collaboration with interdisciplinary stakeholders from development, project and program management
Application of modern development processes and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)

Profile

Successfully completed studies in physics, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's degree)
Alternatively: completed technical vocational training with further education to become a state-certified technician (m/f/d) and relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience in the field of systems engineering, development or integration of complex technical systems
Experience in system design as well as in the development and integration of complex avionics systems
Good knowledge of requirements engineering and systems engineering
Experience with technical development processes in the aerospace industry is desirable.
Knowledge of agile development methods such as Scrum or SAFe is advantageous.
Fluent English skills and good German skills
Analytical, structured and independent work style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
