Description
You will join our OPmobility, India Technical Centre Hinjewadi, Pune  ITC is part of OPmobility Exterior Business Group from where we cater engineering and technical services to customers globally. Currently employing 200+ talented professionals, we have strong plans to grow several folds in next 3-5 years. Job description Responsibility 1: Stakeholder needs, business and missions analysis  Understand and capture stakeholder needs and requirement  Perform gap analysis with customer requirements to establish deviation list and variants  Establish applicable norms and standards according to market target  Capture environmental conditions and define use case scenario plan  Manage change request    Responsibility 2: System requirement management  Perform external and internal functional analysis to establish features and functions list  Elicit system requirements according to stakeholder needs (internal, customers, norms, standards etc…)  Propagate bidirectional traceability across requirements from stakeholders needs to component technical content    Define verification strategy and test cases to verify system requirements and design in cooperation with system validation team analyze system test results    Responsibility 3: System functional and physical architecture definition  Define system interface with surrounding environment  Adopt different abstraction layers according to system complexity and technical depth  Capture  potential technical components and architecture constraints to guide internal interfaces  Set and refine system and sub systems architecture and design to meet system requirements  Perform analysis and Multi –physics simulation to prove viability of system technical architectural concepts  Define functional architecture allocate functions on design elements and detail functional requirements  In cooperation with HW & SW component engineers, reviews and updates both system and components specifications  Responsibility 4: Process and deliverables  Depending upon experience and evolution of projects, will take over project leadership relative to systems   Delivers system artefacts, documentation and models (Functional, dependability & multiphysics) according to the system engineering process and Model Based System engineering  Insures delivery of documentation to the project team (CSAE/PAE/CDE/SWE) as under the INPRO/INPRO. NET DELIVERABLE LIST  Contributes to optimization of system according to Reliability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) standards and process (FMEA: FTA, ISO 26262, etc...)  Contributes to the development of System Engineering Methodology in accordance to INPRO / INPRO-R internal procedures , and adapts the recommended work packages to the selected models (A-SPICE/ISO26262)  Capitalizes knowledge with lessons learned , issues patent proposals  Records project artefacts history and shares experience within project team  Contributes to objective setting & assessment process
