PRE-REQUISITES:

• Preferably a degree holder with at least 2 years of experience if not in a supervisory role. Diploma holders will be considered for the engineer role.
• Minimally need to have CCNA or equivalent networking qualification.
• Basic understanding of virtualization such as VMs.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity technologies , firewalls, antivirus, etc.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience assisting senior engineers and able to work independently on daily tasks.
• Able to perform routine O&S functions, basic system health checks on servers and storage.
• Experience in system backups, checking server status, configuring IPs and VLANs for training, and performing OS patching.
• Assist the senior engineer with daily tasks such as deploying laptops for exercises.
• Assist users in preparing for cyber exercises, setting up OS Windows logins, etc.
