RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oracle Database Administration: Apply your 3 years of Oracle DBA experience to database setup, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor incoming alerts to ensure system uptime and promptly resolve disruptions.
  • Address cases assigned by the shift lead, delivering high-quality output while meeting established SLAs.
  • Act as the ultimate solution point for day-to-day support and service requests.
  • Azure Cloud and AWS: Demonstrate expertise in these platforms to contribute to our cloud-based infrastructure.
  • IFS ERP Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of IFS Administration to support and enhance ERP systems (an added advantage).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients using excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Approach challenges with strong problem-solving skills and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Work seamlessly on a roster pattern to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Linux for system performance optimization.
  • Utilize tools like Prometheus and Grafana for effective monitoring and visualization.
