QUALIFICATIONS

  • A diploma in IT with min 3 years of relevant consulting experience working in SI environment.
  • Min 2 years of experience in deploying virtualization solutions like VMware, Citrix, Nutanix, etc.
  • Min 2 years of experience in deploying data storage and backup solutions like Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, Veritas, Commvault, Cohesity, etc.
  • Proficient in multi-tiered IT architecture solution design
  • Conversant with the current solution offerings of the major vendors such as Dell, NetApp, VMware, Cisco, etc.
  • Good experience in leading and managing IT infrastructure solution in RFP and Tender requirements.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in customer facing environment
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive & customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skill (in English)
  • Must be effective in working both independently and in a team
  • Hands-on implementation experience is a plus
  • Experience leading and managing IT infrastructure engagement is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and provide presales support to sales by solving the technical business solutions for the client.
  • Provide consultancy to customer by understanding their needs and translating them to feasible solutions.
  • Assist sales team to respond to technical specifications of Tenders and RFPs by providing system configurations and recommendations
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant product solutions around enterprise data management technologies
  • Plan, Design / Architect and verify solutions including scoping of services effort leveraging industry best practices and standards
  • Install and tune solutions for Proof of Concept (POC) and evaluation for customers
  • Ensure smooth transition of customer requirement & solution from presales team to implementation team
  • Interaction directly with customer to convey ideas and solutions in a clear, positive, and concise manner using diplomacy and persuasive selling.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and new product releases by regularly participating in new product and technology transfer training, as well as external seminars and training programs.
  • Be a mentor to junior SEs and a consultant to the internal sales team to disseminate the technical knowledge.
