POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Systems troubleshooting, IT Tools used for hardware, software and networking.
• System Integration Industry experience a strong advantage.
• ITIL certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience or certification wih DX UIM, ElasticSearch, Solarwinds, Prometheus monitoring is a strong advantage.

• Focus on system routine maintenance of the systems, monitor performance and ensure optimal uptime.
• Perform diagnosis for system issues and related concerns and resolve promptly.
• Handle software / system patching, configuration and change requests accordingly.
