Are you a skilled system engineer with project manager experience and a strong background in launching embedded systems? Be our expert assuming responsibility for Kymati customer applications from specifications, system architecture, implementation down to installation and commissioning.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid practical experience in project management as well as in embedded system design.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and experience in conducting unit / system testing, integration testing.
  • Proficient in using debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve SW and HW-related issues.
  • Experience with mechanical & electrical design tools such as CAD.
  • Experience in industrial & defense product design.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones.
  • Pragmatic, result-oriented, capable of delivering intermediate solutions promptly to facilitate the team’s progress.
  • The capability to continuously improve and refine solutions as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, to effectively present technical concepts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in order to get multiple stakeholders on the same page, create engagement and run efficient processes.
  • Positive work attitude, flexibility and excellent team spirit.
  • Business-fluent English and German is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead the integration of our sensor products into functional and robust customer applications applying classical project management representing the hub between customer, subcontractors, suppliers, development and production and report directly to Kymati management.
  • Classical project management for internal and external development projects including project documentation and controlling.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application reliability under realistic operational conditions, including sensor testing, integration testing, system-level testing, and performance testing for qualification.
  • Identify sensor and systems issues, conduct root cause analysis, complement system design with error avoidance strategies, implement and support corrective actions to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Create clear and concise technical documentation, including application design specifications, test plans and reports as well as user guides, to facilitate effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Support proposals for large scale public funded and customer projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in radar sensor methodologies, and proactively apply this knowledge to improve Kymati’s development processes and practices.
