Provide second level support in reporting platform operations such as Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Provide second level support in reporting platform operations such as Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc Support in platform maintenance activities e.g. server migration, platform version upgrade, platform health check and etc Prepare documentations for BIA solutions and platforms Conduct Tableau sharing for users whenever necessary and offer consultations to Tableau users Work collaboratively with business owners to assist in development of Tableau reports Support on global basis and work closely with team members in other regions Define, design, and enhance business intelligence solutions Able to work on call standby on weekdays and weekend on critical operations support Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields with minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience Strong in service support operations and experienced in ticketing tracking system Strong knowledge of analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge in SQL programming Understanding of Data Warehousing or ETL techniques Good communications skills and a proactive team player Able to work independently with minimal supervision Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
