Job Description

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team and support a major client operating in the automotive industry. Technical education in the field of electric/electronic/automation engineering required (or documented equivalent experience), better if knowledge or experience in power supply, converters, transformers, motors, generators, electromechanical component. The activity includes:

• Analysis of stakeholder requirements (e.g. regulatory, vehicle level requirements);
• Definition of Feature Functional Requirements and establish the connection with stakeholder requirements;
• Definition of Feature Implementation Specification and establish the connection with Feature Functional Requirements;
• Study the already available Feature Implementation Specification and define the corresponding Feature Function Requirements;
• Assure bidirectional traceability between: Stakeholder requirements, Feature Functional Requirements and Feature Implementation Specification;
• Define test specification for system validation and qualification to assure 100% requirements coverage;
• Attend regular review with customer to assure that workproducts achieve expectations in terms of quality and timing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Master Degree, preferably Electrical, Electronic, Computer or Automation;
• Control theory and knowledge on vehicle architectures;
• Experience on Jama or equivalent requirements tracking tool;
• SW language C and Python;
• Control system development tools like Matlab, Simulink;
• English knowledge, team working and good communication.
