JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

• Provide 24/7 support for Data Center and ensure proper running of existing data centre systems
• Manage equipment movement and monitor status daily
• Perform troubleshoot, report system incidents, and resolve incidents related to routine issues
• Perform tape mount and unmount for backup operation and handle portable media storage for offsite storage
• Liaise with vendors on maintenance and enhancement issues
• At least 5 years of experience and must be able to perform rotating shift duties
