YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications
  • Ability to diagnose complex system issues, analyze performance problems and implementing solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with system integration and interdependencies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in object-orientated software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience in building modular, platform-independent software systems
  • Analytical skills, structured and abstract thinking as well as creativity combined with a very good ability to work in a team
  • Typically more than 5 years of experience in system engineering and software architecture
  • Professional degrees in Software Architecture or System Architecture (iSAQB, INCOSE ASEP/CSEP) beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Define the high-level structure of software solutions, including suggestions of frameworks, libraries, and technologies
  • Create architecture blueprints for system infrastructure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Design reusable, modular, and scalable architectures to support long-term growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, clarify and refine system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in the system and collaborate with our Security experts
  • Ensure smooth integration of subsystems and software components by defining relevant interfaces
  • Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement
  • Propose and implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability
  • Provide technical support to other teams and clients, often responding to incidents and debugging problems
  • Prepare detailed documentation for systems, including architecture, configurations, and workflows
  • Ensure the system meets regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with the product management, embedded software development and testing departments as part of the product life cycle
