About the Opportunity: Reporting to our IT Infrastructure Team Leader, you’ll be instrumental in planning, implementing, and supporting our entire technical environment, from network to data centre. This is a hybrid role in a fast-paced team that thrives on new ideas and encourages proactive problem-solving.

Be the go-to Level 3 infrastructure expert, tackling complex issues and collaborating with business units to meet their evolving IT needs.
Design, optimise, and support critical technologies across our network infrastructure, servers, data communications, telecommunications, and data centre provisioning.
Champion operational continuity, disaster recovery, and a robust security posture to minimise threats.
Act as a key technical resource for both internal and external projects, driving successful outcomes.
Share your expertise by cross-training team members and providing seamless handovers.
Serve as an escalation point and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for infrastructure-related systems.
Some after-hours work will be required to keep our global operations running smoothly.
