The Intersect Group is partnered with our client in San Marcos to hire a Senior Central Services Systems Engineer. This position is onsite in San Marcos, Texas, with some travel required to client sites in Austin, TX, and surrounding areas.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to commute or relocate to the office in San Marcos, TX, and able to commute to clients in Austin, TX.
  • Must have reliable transportation. Some onsite project visits may be required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an escalation resource for Central Service Technicians
  • Serve as an Internal IT resource
  • Provide technical ownership of MSP Platforms.
  • Develop and maintain technical processes and create/update internal and client technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security policies relevant to central service operations.
  • Oversee the delivery of central services including service desk operations, incident management, change management, and problem resolution.
  • Maintain detailed tracking and notes on work completed.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes and procedures to enhance service delivery efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
