• Partner with agencies and operators to define operational needs, transition strategies, and technology choices for modern fleets.
• Lead feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to ensure resilient, maintainable system deployments.
• Design and integrate vehicle, charging, and digital infrastructure for seamless, end-to-end connectivity.
• Produce and review functional requirements, technical specifications, and integration plans for operational systems.
• Support procurement through technical evaluations, compliance checklists, and vendor selection.
