Job Description
This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for system engineering and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Engineers will be mainly responsible for troubleshooting L1 issues and coordinating with senior engineers for L2& L3 issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system administration concepts.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  Additional Information

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Linux+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience through internships or academic projects involving system engineering or IT support.
