You’ll work from the comfortable offices located in Bethlehem, PA as well as your own home and will be responsible for being a direct representative of our managed services team. You will be assisting our customers with achieving their business technology goals through engineering excellence and professionalism. You will be in one of the primary positions for our team so a motivated self-starter is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology or related fields
· Demonstrated ability to migrate identity and workloads (servers, SharePoint, etc.)
· Experience with ticketing/monitoring software (ConnectWise, Ninja)
· Industry-recognized certifications; CompTIA, Azure, Cisco, etc.
· Proficient in M365 Administration, customer service focus, ability to work as a team
· Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills
· Occasional local travel required, so a license and transportation is required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Allentown, PA 1810

· You’ll lead customer migrations and deployments (servers, M365, network refreshes, security solutions, etc).
· You will serve as a technical lead for customer facing projects.
· You’ll design and implement server and storage infrastructure according to best practices.
· You’ll implement and manage network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, etc.) including WAN operations, firewall, and wireless technologies.
· You will administer client environments and make appropriate hardware/design recommendations to align with business needs.
