PT Otto Menara Globalindo sedang membuka posisi System Implementor untuk bergabung dengan tim kami dan bersama mengembangkan produk McEasy. Uraian Pekerjaan Handle the end-to-end Onboarding Customer Enterprise (Training Requirement, Training Preparations, Training Process and Check In) Active to prepare the Training Needs for Customer Enterprise with a specific Requirement and Success Matrix Active to learn new features found in our product and ensure the Training Material is always up to date Kualifikasi Diploma Degree in any major Minimum 3 years of professional experience Familiar with Transport Management System (TMS) Proven track record of successfully implementing and leading enterprise-level projects. Strong expertise in handling enterprise customers and engaging with business owners. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise customers, including training preparation and execution. Maintain up-to-date training materials by actively learning new product features and success metrics.
