Building Management Coordination: Facilitate communication with building management regarding emergency training, evacuation requirements, and exercises to ensure compliance and preparedness.
Primary Responsibilities/Daily Operations:
Operations Management & User Support: Oversee daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely maintenance, and effective resource allocation with Information, Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S)
Provide SIL focused technical support to users, maintain facilities compliance and monitor support systems for notifications and reliability, facilitate SIL logistics, and raise Non-conformance Reports (NCRs)
Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing resource allocation conflicts to optimize workflows.
Compliance with regulations: ensure that the operations of the SIL comply with Boeing and Defence policies including the Defence Cabling Standards, the Information Security Manual (ISM) and the Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF).

Secondary Responsibilities - Facility Management Support (as required):
Contractor Coordination: Assist in coordinating and escorting contractors for facilities and site services
Communication Support: Relay updates on floor plans, employee movements, and relevant policies to the Site Services team, and manage communications with building occupants regarding facility activities, planned works, and power outages.
Compliance Oversight: Support in regular inspections of contractor works to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Induction Facilitation: Help facilitate site inductions for new staff, contractors, and personnel.
Building Management Coordination: Facilitate communication with building management regarding emergency training, evacuation requirements, and exercises to ensure compliance and preparedness.
