POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled System Integration and Test Engineer to join our team supporting advanced technology projects. This role focuses on the planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance of systems composed of both in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components. The ideal candidate will have a background in LabVIEW or TestStand, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Office to generate reports and documentation
  • Hands-on experience with LabVIEW and/or TestStand
  • Strong problem-solving and workload management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Team-oriented work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • 9+ years of professional engineering experience
  • Expertise in RF or microwave systems
  • Experience measuring electrical parameters and developing test programs using NI tools
  • Skilled in troubleshooting test instrumentation and system issues
  • Proficiency in generating engineering documentation, diagrams, and parts lists
  • Familiarity with corrective/preventative action processes
  • Background in deriving test requirements from system designs
  • Strong cross-functional team collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience delivering technical presentations and trade studies
    Schedule: Full-time, standard hours

    Work Location: 100% onsite in Chelmsford, MA
Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and maintain solutions for integration and testing of system components and subsystems
  • Translate customer requirements into system test solutions, considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints
  • Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and schedules
  • Perform analysis of test results and prepare detailed evaluation reports
  • Coordinate test activities across teams and programs
  • Write discrepancy reports and conduct regression testing on hardware/software systems
  • Resolve technical issues across software, hardware, and systems interfaces
