LAUNCH Defense is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to take on a pivotal role in integrating and testing advanced systems, including Electro-Optic sensor solutions for military platforms. Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4-6 Years of experience in Production environments.
  • 6+ Years of Test Equipment Design experience, with a focus on cutting-edge, automated test systems.
  • 6+ Years of hands-on experience in both Electronic and Mechanical Testing

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Expertise in automated test equipment development and maintenance in a high-volume production environment.
  • Experience with Electro-Optic sensor solutions for military platforms, ensuring precise and reliable performance
Responsibilities
  • Innovate and Integrate: Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components across complex systems.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Synthesize customer needs and transform them into innovative system test solutions, all while managing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Define and Test Systems: Establish functional and technical specifications, solve challenging hardware/software interface problems, and ensure the seamless integration of systems and subsystems.
  • Lead Comprehensive Testing: Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules for both subsystems and complete systems, coordinating testing activities across multiple teams.
  • Validate and Report: Analyze test results, prepare in-depth reports, and ensure systems meet rigorous performance standards. Conduct integration regression testing to verify that any fixes are seamlessly incorporated.
