System & Network Engineer M/F This is your mission Are you passionate about technical support, systems reliability, and resolving complex technical issues in industrial environments? Then this position is for you. As a System & Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring system performance, and coordinating interventions to guarantee operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Build side: Participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems and equipment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues and proposing corrective actions Support the evolution of technical procedures, guides, and documentation Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and supportability Assist in deploying solutions aligned with operational and customer requirements Run side: Provide first-level technical support to customers and internal teams Diagnose and resolve technical issues (electrical, mechanical, automation, or instrumentation) according to your expertise Ensure follow-up of incidents and service requests with clear and regular communication Coordinate interventions with maintenance teams, service providers, suppliers, and subcontractors Ensure proper ticket management and end-to-end tracking of technical requests Participate in on-site support activities, including customer visits and system troubleshooting Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient resolution and operational follow-up This is your background Several years of experience in technical support, field service, commissioning, or maintenance roles Experience working in industrial or production environments Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and system architectures Hands-on profile with a strong problem-solving mindset This is your career path Grow as a technical reference within a multicultural and international environment Strengthen expertise in systems, networks, and industrial technologies Gain exposure to international projects and customer-facing responsibilities This is your expertise: Technical support and incident resolution Electrical, mechanical, automation, or instrumentation systems Systems and network fundamentals Technical documentation and reporting Coordination with internal and external technical stakeholders Professional proficiency in English This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
