Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week to contribute, even alongside other professional commitments? We are seeking experienced professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems. What you’ll be doing We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems. Your role is practical and high impact. You will: Review and refine AI generated responses related to system operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, reliability, and alignment with industry best practices Draft realistic scenarios covering incident response, system maintenance, monitoring, automation, and optimization within diverse environments Assess AI reasoning for operational logic, risk management, compliance, and systems dependencies Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified analysis in system operations Create scenario variations from the perspective of different stakeholders, such as systems administrator, operations manager, DevOps engineer, or compliance officer In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world system operations standards, processes, and best practices. This is not a traditional IT operations role. Instead of managing live systems, you will help improve how AI systems understand and apply system operations practices at scale. Your insights will directly improve how AI performs on system operations topics.
