Description

A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (MSc or BSc level preferred). At least 15 years of hands-on experience in system or application testing, product integration and life-cycle management. Experience should include working with complex systems, preferably in telecommunications, cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitLab, Linux distributions). Experience with Packet Core components (SMF, UPF etc.) and with direct customer engagement is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive prioritization decisions that ensure product integrity. Track record of raising the bar for quality, unblocking teams, and improving long-term velocity or reliability. Proven communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, process owners, and customer operations. Ability to conduct root cause analyses (RCAs), fault slip through (FSTs), evaluate quality degradations, and build roadmaps for improvements.
