• In-depth knowledge and experience in the administration and support of IT systems in the area of Pharma Manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements like CSV, GxP compliance, FDA regulations, ISO standards
• Analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way

• Responsibility for the implementation, operation, maintenance and further development of the System Platform
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (CSV, GxP, FDA, etc) and internal quality standards
• Working with IT and Business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
• Leading and coordinating system upgrades, migrations and optimizations
• Creating and maintaining system documentation and conducting training for users and support teams
